Evan Hedges is a freelance special effects make-up artist from Boulder, CO. He's been the art director for 13th Floor Haunted House specializing in character and set design.  Evan has also designed rock climbing walls for IRE. He was also a finalist on season 9 of SYFY's FaceOff. He's currently on FaceOff All-Star's on SYFY. CreepModeStudios is a independent SFX studio creating everything from prosthetic make-up to fully designed characters.
